WELCOME!! Simplicity Stables is a brand-new first class equestrian facility that has something for just about anybody interested in learning or continuing their hunter/jumper riding and western riding, whether just for pleasure or competition. We are centrally located in Apopka, FL - approximately 25 minutes north of southwest Orlando, Downtown Orlando, Sanford and Leesburg, and only minutes from Mt. Dora. We offer boarding, training, sales and riding lessons for all ages. Our prices are competitive with all the area's other facilities, but we are confident our programs will give you or your child not only fun with riding horses but the education to do so correctly. Our complete horse show schedule follows through all year with both the local level shows including GOHJA and Horseshows in the Park to the A circuit including HITS. We are excited to also be attending our first year at the AQHA circuit shows with our horses in the Hunter, Lounge line, Equitation, Western Pleasure, Western Riding and In Hand Model divisions. Simplicity Stables specializes in the hunter, jumper, and equitation divisions. Here at Simplicity Stables, we are very proud of our family-friendly atmosphere with a competitive edge. We promote safety first as well as instruct our riders in the traditional hunt seat riding. Effectiveness is key to the competitive rider and we follow a program that will teach the rider to not only look good but to ride well too. January 27, 2011 - Congratulations to Shelby on the purchase of her gorgeous new QH gelding Joe's a Hot Chip! We are so excited for our smallest and youngest rider and look forward to lots of shows and ribbons in the Western and youth QH arenas! February 27, 2011 - The first foal of the 2011 year is born! The healthy and beautiful black colt by Indian Artbeat was born at 6:15 pm today and we have been anxiously awaiting his arrival as he was a week over due. Both mom and baby are doing great! March 3, 2011 - Amy foaled early this morning with no complications and delivered an absolutely adorable chestnut colt by Rollingwood's Top Drawer! She caught us by surprise as she was a week EARLY!!! This boy is gonna have a super attitude as he is already making friends with anyone that comes to visit. May 19, 2011 - Art foaled at about 6am today and has a beautiful dark bay colt by A Chance for Romance at her side. This boy is absolutely amazing and is all legs!! June 2011 - We just bought a FANTASTIC legged Western Pleasure filly by Just Me Only on top and Good Version dam. Can't wait to start her training for the 2012 show season!! This girl is fancy with a super sweet quiet disposition. July 2011- Boy its been HOT!!! Consistantly in the high 90s with 100% humidity!! Looking forward to the Fall and can't wait for it to get here!! Welcome to a fantastic veteran Western All Around mare, Southern Sensations (thanks Amy at Topline QHs for giving us the opprutunity to lease such a calm mount for my little one!!)! Gonna get the girls to saddle up and really ride this fall. October 2011 - Thank goodness summer weather is finally over!! Our trip to Congress in Ohio went great and we were so happy to have Laura and Chiara be able to travel with us. We all had a fantastic time!! OK girls! Pack up for World in Oklahoma City!! November 2011 - CONGRATS to Chiara on the purchase of her first horse The Sure Invitation, lovingly known as Elias in the barn. Look for this team in the show ring in 2012! They are sure to be big winners!!!
